Hey All:

There have been lots of questions regarding the upcoming Guppy and Last Chance Meets. I will try to respond to them all here. I'm sorry for the blackout for some. We had our Long Course Championships in Huntsville this weekend and I have been on the road.

1. Meet Start/Warmup
Guppy Meet - Meet Start 5:00PM Warmup 4:00PM Place Inverness Country Club
Last Chance Meet - Meet Start 4:45 Warmup Session 1 3:30 - 4:00; Session 2 4:00-4:30 Place Homewood Parks and Rec

2. Payment - For both meets the host (Inverness Country Club - Guppy and Homewood Parks and Rec - Last Chance) are looking for one check for each team. With that, if you haven't already given me a check, please make your checks out to me (Bryan Jennings) and I will make a check to the meet host. I will collect checks at the meet tonight and tomorrow for the Last Chance Meet.

As an afterthought it might be easier to pay for the meet using Venmo so I am attaching my Venmo information. Just be sure to describe what your paying for so that I can record it. Thank you and see you at the pool.

3. Late Entries - I believe they have already printed heat sheets for both meets and so the only way to enter the meet at this point would be through deck entry. at the meet on a lane available basis Late entry fees may apply. Main thing, if you missed the deadline for entry into either meet, you can still swim the meet if lane space is available. Make sure you come a little earlier to sort it out with the Clerk of Course.
